Air chute conveyor is used for horizontally conveying dry powdery materials (such as cement and raw meal in cement enterprises). It is composed of several slots made of thin steel, and is arranged at a certain slope along its conveying direction. A breathable layer is sandwiched between the upper and lower shells of the slot.

usage method
The high end of the conveying material is fed into the upper shell, and the compressed air is blown into the lower shell by the specially set blower and distributed between the material particles through the porous breathable layer, so as to make the material undergo the so-called gasification to change the friction angle of the material, so as to form a flow state and slide down along the slope to achieve the purpose of conveying.

Compared with the belt conveyor, screw conveyor and buried scraper conveyor, the air chute has the advantages of less wear, easy maintenance, less power consumption, less material consumption, no noise, good sealing, simple structure, safe and reliable operation, easy to change the conveying direction and multi-point feeding and unloading at the same time. Therefore, it has been adopted by many enterprises in recent years.

Technical performance
1. Conveying material: dry powdery material.
2. Conveying capacity: the conveying capacity of chute is affected by many factors and often changes greatly. According to theoretical calculation, domestic and foreign reference materials and comprehensive analysis of on-site investigation, we recommend the following values for reference when the slope is 6%.

3. Slope: 6% straight chute is not affected by flange structure, and the slope can be selected arbitrarily. It is suggested that the gradient of coarse grinding material in transportation cycle should be 10%. Generally speaking, when the layout and the wear of breathable layer allow, it is advantageous to adopt a large gradient. 4. Gas consumption: 1.5 ~ 3 m3 / min, M2 permeable layer. Various materials and their states, the condition of the breathable layer and the inclination of the chute have different degrees of influence on the air consumption. Generally, it can be considered as 2 (m3 / min, M2 permeable layer). 5. Air pressure: 400 ~ 600 water column (mm). In case of large size and long chute, take the larger value. Generally, it can be considered as 500 mm water column.
