According to different materials, the single screw volumetric feeder has many different forms of interchangeable screws to choose from. The feeder is installed on a painted steel base, and all parts in contact with materials are stainless steel parts. The feeder is easy to disassemble, clean or replace parts. The unique patented design of the spherical hopper makes the materials flow into the screw evenly from all directions in the spherical hopper, effectively preventing the accumulation of materials, while the horizontal mixing further improves the flow of materials to the screw propulsion part and makes the feeding more accurate.
The feeding screw is selected according to the material characteristics. The following table is the empirical value of the feeding range (applicable to materials with good fluidity). For those at both ends of the feeding range, it is recommended to select the appropriate screw after testing. The weight-loss feeder is composed of hopper, feeder (single and double shaft spiral feeder), weighing system and regulator. In operation, the hopper, material and feeder weigh together continuously. After the material is sent out, measure the real weight loss rate and compare it with the required weight loss rate (set value). The weight loss feeder automatically corrects the deviation from the set point by adjusting the feeder rate. Thus, the material can be fed uniformly and accurately.
