Working principle of star shaped ash discharge valve:
The star shaped ash discharge valve relies on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder working mechanism to discharge the material from the warehouse and continuously and evenly feed it into the next device. The star shaped ash discharge valve mainly consists of a motor, reducer, casing, impeller, main shaft, bearings, and left and right end covers. Adopting high-quality steel plate welding structure, the blades have strong wear resistance, and integrate the transmission device, transmission shaft, and blades into one.
Due to the outward protrusion of the bearings and reducer of the star shaped ash discharge valve, it can prevent dust from squeezing into the bearings and large particle materials from getting stuck. During operation, the reducer motor drives the impeller to rotate through a coupling, evenly carrying the material from the upper part of the shell to the lower part, and the next device delivers the material away. Therefore, the star shaped ash discharge valve can only be installed vertically, and horizontal installation is not allowed. The upper part of the feeder must maintain a certain material column.
Three classifications of star shaped ash discharge valves
Ordinary type: It can be used on ordinary materials below 80 degrees Celsius and at room temperature. It can continuously and evenly supply materials into the conveying pipe, and in the system and separation and dust collection section, it can also serve as a discharge device.
Pressure resistant type: It adopts a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction and pressure conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. It can ensure that the airflow pressure inside the conveying pipe does not leak, and can safely transport and collect materials. Therefore, it is called a universal air lock in this regard. It not only can withstand pressure, but also has ordinary functions.
High temperature resistant type: Due to the different temperature rise of material transportation and discharge ports, as the temperature and quality have an impact on the expansion of the body and are not conducive to the bearing and oil seal system, our factory has designed a high-temperature resistant external structure ash discharge valve. It separates the operating part from the box part that comes into contact with the material, which can safely ensure that the bearing operation and oil seal system are not affected by the temperature and work normally. This type of product is not only resistant to high temperatures, It can also be used for the transportation and reception of temperature absorbing materials and metallic powders, with good results because these types of objects have penetrability and penetrate the oil seal device directly into the bearing, causing damage to the machinery due to the lack of operation. It is precisely the external installation feature that it does not come into contact with materials. The high-temperature resistant ash discharge valve can transport materials at a temperature of up to 500 ° C and is connected by a sprocket.
