Fluidized bed causes of coking phenomenon there are two main factors:
It is unreasonable design of furnace structure itself, namely: (1) blind to use existing drawings, fluidized bed heating capacity and the drying system do not match, system heat balance disorders; (2) not in strict accordance with the drawings design requirements, furnace lining building.
Second, design of ventilation system itself is not reasonable
Third, human factors
Coking at low temperature is due to the operator operation not skilled, uneven temperature rise, local rising too quickly or bad ventilation effect and cause, this requires that the operator must strictly abide by rules of operation, accurate control of coal and air volume.
The causes of high temperature anti-coking is: with air flow is insufficient, coal is too large, the temperature rise too fast, and combined with the ventilation is not enough, cause in furnace heat accumulation, to make the boiling slag in molten state. So the operator must pay attention to: in the late ignition, when the temperature rose to 850 ℃, the temperature rise speed must be slow down, stay in furnace burning even, stable after appropriate increase the feed coal, increasing the furnace temperature.
Fourth, other factors
In normal production process, sometimes hard to avoid other non-artificial control factors, such as: sometimes appear in the production of all of a sudden power outage situation, it is bound to cause fan and induced draft fan stops suddenly, another grey hang (the corners of the furnace wall adhesion layer) ashes melt flowing ebullated bed cloth uneven wind, also can cause the happening of the coking phenomenon.
