（1） Standard consistency
It is necessary to use the distilled water solution of trisodium citrate with a concentration of 0.3% as the test solution for determining the test consistency.
1. Apparatus, conical consistency meter, such as the glass plate shown in figure 2-3-24; J ・ base sample, the total mass of additional weights, sliding rods and cones (a, B and G) needs to be 100 ± 0.19.
2. Step: clean the cone, mold and base plate. In order to prevent leakage during the test, the gypsum production line should apply a thin layer of Vaseline or other suitable lubricant on the upper surface of the base plate.
Add the 3009 sample into the measuring and testing solution, mix it according to the provisions of paragraph 4-2-3, inject the mixed substance into the conical ring mold (the big end of the ideal place), gently remove the bubbles in the mixed substance, and then carry out the cone penetration test, and record the results of 3min, 4min and 5min after the mixing starts according to the following process.
3. Make the mixture flush with the top surface of the ring mold before each penetration.
4. Wipe the cone with a wet cloth, then lower the sliding rod on the sample surface about the center of the mold, and then tighten the screw to lock the rod in a proper position
5. Read the dial value and quickly loosen the clamping screw. After 6.15s, read the scale value again, and the difference between the two readings is taken as the penetration value.
It is necessary to take the average value of 9 penetration values (3 mixed samples) as the primary consistency test value. If the results of gypsum powder equipment do not meet the requirements specified in the table, the test should be repeated with more or less detection liquid until the required test consistency is obtained
