1、 Initial start-up of heat transfer oil system:
For initial start-up, add lubricating oil and grease to all transmission systems of the system such as high temperature heat transfer oil pump and medium temperature heat transfer oil pump. Check whether all gaskets connected with equipment valves can meet the use standard safely.
Inform the power distribution staff to supply power to the make-up oil pump, start the make-up oil pump to slowly inject heat transfer oil into the high-temperature heat transfer oil system, and fully open TCV9110 to replenish oil to the medium temperature heat transfer oil system until the liquid level of the high-level oil tank reaches 1/3 of the oil tank level.
Open the inlet and outlet valves of the high temperature heat transfer oil pump, close TCV9110, and fully open FCV9112, open the inlet and outlet valves of the heat transfer oil into the dehydration and dehydrocarbon heater, and fully open TV3219, open the valve of the hot oil out of the heat transfer oil furnace, notify the power distribution room to supply power to the high temperature heat transfer oil pump, start the high temperature heat transfer oil pump to fill the entire system with oil, and circulate the entire system, then slowly adjust FCV9112 to stabilize the system flow, and go through the longest cycle.
When the whole system of high-temperature heat transfer oil operates normally, observe the liquid level of the high-level oil tank. When the liquid level is lower than 1/3, start the make-up oil pump to continue to replenish the system to the normal level, then open the inlet and outlet valves of the medium temperature heat transfer oil to E2501, and fully open TV2508, the solution tank, waste amine tank, and the inlet and outlet valves of the MDEA buffer tank for heat transfer oil tracing, and the inlet and outlet valves of the medium temperature heat transfer oil pump, Notify the power distribution room to supply power to the medium temperature heat transfer oil pump. After starting the Chinese heat transfer oil pump, fully open TCV9110 to allow the heat transfer oil to run in the whole system, and fill all containers and pipes.
After that, continue to observe whether the liquid level in the high-level oil tank is normal. If it is too low, start the make-up pump to replenish oil to 1/3 of the high-level oil tank.
Allow high-temperature heat transfer oil and medium temperature heat transfer oil to circulate for 2-4 hours.
Start the heat transfer oil furnace, set the temperature of the high-temperature heat transfer oil out of the oil furnace to 45 ℃, slowly raise the temperature as required, dry the furnace and dehydrate the heat transfer oil, and observe whether the pressure behind the heat circulation pump is stable. If the pressure is unstable, stop the temperature rise immediately, and operate continuously at this temperature. At the end of each temperature rise and thermal insulation operation, professional personnel will patrol the entire heat transfer oil system on the site to see if there is any leakage, leakage, leakage, leakage, and leakage, Equipment connection and valve connection shall be hot tightened once in each heating stage to observe whether the whole pipeline is deformed due to thermal expansion. Continue to slowly increase the temperature until the pressure behind the thermal circulating pump is stable, and gradually increase the temperature to the operating temperature in turn.
matters needing attention:
1. It is strictly forbidden to start the thermal circulating pump after ignition to prevent coking and pipe explosion in the furnace caused by heat transfer oil.
2. The oil in the high level oil tank of the heat transfer oil overflows outward, indicating that the temperature rises too fast and the system contains water, so the temperature rise should be slow or stopped.
3. Observe the pressure gauge frequently. If it is found that the vibration is severe, the temperature should be raised slowly or stopped immediately.
4. The air regulating valve of the induced draft fan shall be adjusted according to the actual combustion situation. When the air volume and air pressure are normal, the position of the air valve shall be fixed to prevent maloperation and changes in the opening of the vibration air valve.
5. During operation, the valve shall not be adjusted and closed at will, and the heat circulation pump shall not be stopped at will. If necessary, it shall be approved by professionals, otherwise the normal flow or coking of the heat transfer oil furnace will be affected.
6. The thermal circulating pump shall not be stopped at will during high temperature operation, and the outlet temperature of the oil furnace shall not be higher than the maximum allowable temperature of the heat transfer oil.
7. When the liquid level in the high-level oil tank is low to the alarm limit, the temperature of the whole system shall be slowly lowered to 80 ℃ before refueling. After refueling, the temperature shall be slowly increased according to the initial start-up procedure.
8. Generally, the heat transfer oil should be tested by relevant personnel after 6 months of operation to avoid changes in oil quality and accidents.
9. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the medium temperature heat transfer oil system. When it is about to reach the normal operating temperature, properly turn down or turn off TCV9110
