Gypsum board production equipment
The production equipment of paper faced gypsum board is the production equipment for making paper faced gypsum board by taking building gypsum as the main raw material, adding an appropriate amount of additives and fibers as the board core, and taking special board paper as the cover.
Batching part
Material preparation:
After quantitative measurement, the modified starch, retarder, pulp, water reducer and water are put into the hydraulic pulper to mix into raw material slurry, and then pumped into the slurry reserve tank for standby;
Put the foaming agent and water into the foaming agent preparation tank in proportion, stir evenly, and pump them into the foaming agent storage tank (with heating device and above 35 ℃) for standby;
Coagulant and gypsum powder raw materials enter the silo for standby through the lifting and conveying equipment;
mixed ingredients:
The slurry in the slurry storage tank is pumped into the mixer by the metering pump, the foaming agent is foamed by the dynamic foaming device and then enters the mixer, the accelerator and gypsum powder are measured by the full-automatic metering belt scale and then enter the mixer, and then all main and auxiliary materials are mixed into qualified stone paste slurry in the mixer.

Forming and conveying part
After the upper paper is uncoiled, it enters the forming machine through the automatic deviation correction machine. After the lower paper is uncoiled, it enters the forming machine through the automatic deviation correction machine, scoring machine and vibration platform for mixing
The slurry of the machine falls onto the lower paper of the vibration platform and enters the molding machine. The gypsum board of the required specification is extruded on the molding machine, and then the initial setting is completed on the solidification belt and the final setting is completed on the conveying roller table. It is cut into the required length (2400mm, 3000mm or other) through the fixed length cutting machine, and turned by the 1# transverse machine. After turning, the two gypsum boards leave the 1# transverse machine at the same time, and then use the closing roller table to make the spacing between the two boards meet the requirements, It is distributed into the dryer through the distributor for drying
Drying part
The oil fired heat-conducting oil furnace is used as the heat source. The hot oil is sent to the dryer through the fan after the hot air is exchanged by the fin heat exchanger to complete the drying task. The dryer is divided into two areas, which can well complete the drying curve of gypsum board drying and avoid defects such as over burning and non drying. The process has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, high thermal efficiency and easy control of process parameters.
2# transverse part
After the dryer completes the drying task, it is sent to the 2# transverse system through the board discharging machine to complete the fixed length trimming and full-automatic edging of gypsum board, and then sent to the automatic stacker for stacking through the finished product conveyor. After stacking, it is transported to the packing area by forklift for inspection and packaging, and the whole production process is completed
Main technical indexes that should be considered when selecting gypsum board: breaking load, water absorption, surface water absorption, stability in case of fire and flame propagation coefficient.
The sound insulation performance and fire resistance of the wall shall also be considered for the internal partition wall of gypsum board.
