working principle
The stones directly fall into the high-speed rotary table from the upper part of the machine; Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, high-speed collision and high-density crushing will occur with the flying stones shunted around the rotary table in an umbrella form with another part. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy motion between the rotary table and the casing, resulting in multiple mutual blows, friction and powder crushing, which will be discharged directly from the lower part. Form a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and the required particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.

Problem solving method
1. A sudden increase in vibration
When replacing or assembling the plate hammer, the rotor is not well balanced

Work before startup
1. Whether the funnel is blocked and whether the ore feeding volume is biased to one side.
2. Load, temperature rise and sound condition of motor.
3. It is required to check whether there is friction at the gap (especially at the movable jaw shaft).
4. Whether the mutual cooperation position between the thrust plate and the support pad is normal, whether it tilts and moves in series.
5. The temperature of each bearing shall not exceed 50-60 degrees.

7. Whether the oil pump and oil ring operate normally and whether the oil pipe is blocked.
